Phil Lovera, President of Lovera Capital, has been a registered mortgage broker since 1983, and was one of the original Principals of Canada ICI Commercial Mortgages before launching his own practice in November of 2007.

Throughout his career, Phil has arranged financing of over $4 Billion, with loan amounts ranging from $1Million to $200Million. Phil is proud to call some of the premier developers and private real estate investors in B.C. his clients.

Danine Barnes, Vice President of Lovera Capital, is a registered sub mortgage broker, and has been in the commercial mortgage business working with Phil for over 15 years. Danine is also the primary commercial mortgage underwriter and loan administrator.

Prior to joining the commercial mortgage financing business, Danine spent five years working for a securities firm and five years with a major law firm.

Danine has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.
